Romane Assou

Romane Assou is part of the Business Development team at Partech, with a focus on the Partech Africa fund. She joined in February 2019.

Before joining Partech, Romane worked as a Project Manager in the Innovation Lab of Air Liquide and was in charge of exploring new business opportunities with a social impact.

She also worked as a Venture Capital analyst at Axa Strategic Ventures, a fund specialized in FinTech, InsurTech and Asset Management sectors.

Romane graduated from HEC Paris. She ended her course with a research Master’s at Polytechnique. This double Master’s (Master “Projet Innovation Conception”) focuses on how strategic issues concerning innovation are tackled in companies.

In her free time, Romane enjoys doing sport activities: she plays handball and has started boxing. When she’s not on the pitch, you’ll probably catch her at the airport as she loves travelling!
