CoachHub hits $50 Million
CoachHub, Europe's fastest growing digital coaching platform with over 1,000 coaches in its network, announced a fresh raise of $30 Million to take its total funding up to $50 Million. This funding round was led by new investor Draper Esprit, alongside existing investors HV Capital, Partech, Speedinvest, signals Venture Capital and RTP Global.
CoachHub was founded back in 2018 and has spent this time successfully creating personalized and scalable coaching programs through video calls or live chat tools for entire workforces, no matter what level of seniority. These programs work directly to increase productivity and improve performance in the workplace. Companies have autonomy over their employees who they invite to engage in the platform whereby CoachHub's AI solution matches employees with three separate coaches to cater to their needs and requests.
This new investment will be vital for the expansion of the platform across Europe and the rest of the world. They intend to double the amount of coaches in their network to over 2000 to cover 100 different countries and over 70 languages. It is not just their core product they intend to scale up, but also, bring about new innovations. They are set on developing a think tank 'Coaching Lab' which will use machine learning and business intelligence technology to make sure they are at the heart of the development of their employees.
Yannis Niebelschütz, co-founder and chief marketing and sales director at CoachHub explains the importance of this funding:
“The pandemic has triggered a huge surge in digital solutions for training and personal development. Company leaders and HR professionals are desperately looking for support as they move more of their operations online. With this new funding, we can continue to meet the enormous demand whilst significantly expanding our network.”
At Partech, we are very proud of the growth of CoachHub over the last 2 years and we cannot wait to see them achieve all their ambitions for 2021, what an exciting time to be part of their journey!
